About DKLearning...
My name is Dee Keane and I am passionate about learning – I believe everyone has the potential to develop and grow.
I have over 20 years’ experience of working with learners in all sorts of settings. I love being a learner and have completed professional qualifications and many training programmes and workshops. My practice continues to develop as I learn something new from working with every client or group.
I founded DKLearning in 2000 to run development programmes for individuals, groups and organisations. This includes delivering training courses and workshops, facilitating teams, developing learning materials and coach-mentoring and supervising individuals.
I believe that Learning = Change. Changing our habits can be hard, so I am particularly interested in innovative methods that help us to learn more effectively and enjoyably.

In 2003, I set up Transformation Swimming after I discovered the wonders of Shaw Method Swimming. Since then, I have worked with hundreds of adult learners (and many children), transforming their experience of the water.
